Editorial policy and corrections

Collecting data

For vehicle inputs we look for manufacturer specifications, price lists or official WLTP/EPA documents. We record the exact variant, usable capacity, year, market and wheel configuration when available, alongside a source link and retrieval or verification date. We do not silently combine the best endpoints of unrelated ranges. Any disclosed exception belongs in the vehicle detail.

The publication gate checks completeness and energy consistency. It compares capacity and certification data while accounting for different energy measurement boundaries. Passing this check does not itself verify a factory specification. Records with unresolved inputs stay outside the published catalogue. Exceptions, preliminary data and estimates are visibly labelled.

Tests, certification and estimates

WLTP and EPA are certification figures from different procedures. Fluxtrio results are model estimates with stated inputs. Published NAF and ADAC tests and Geotab fleet analyses are cited in the guides where supporting material already exists. Their conditions and limitations matter. A test of a different battery, wheel size or model year is not presented as a measurement of the variant on this site.

We do not invent owner experiences, reviews, quotations or measurements. Secondary language translations remain available for existing links but are excluded from indexing. Czech and English are the primary editorial languages. Calculator language selection does not change the range model.

Updates

When vehicle data changes, the tables and comparison guide are recalculated during the site build. An analysis update date is therefore distinct from the last verification of its source. We show that distinction. Sources are reviewed when an error is reported or a specification change is found; we do not currently promise a fixed review interval. Before a release, checks cover links, numerical consistency and model regressions.

Requesting a correction

Email contact@fluxtrio.com or open a GitHub issue. Include the page URL, variant, year, market, disputed value and primary document, with its page or section. For calculation issues, a shared calculator link and an explanation of the expected result help reproduce the problem.

We first check the configuration and supporting source. Confirmed errors are corrected in the source data or generator so that a later build preserves the fix. If a claim cannot be supported, we mark the uncertainty or remove the variant from indexing. Changes can be inspected in the public repository. No response deadline is guaranteed.

Commercial independence

Advertising must not determine model results or the choice of reference tests. Affiliate monetization remains disabled. Tariffs in examples are assumptions that users can replace in the calculator. The author profile awaits completion by the owner on the about page.
